The dining room offers a cozy atmosphere with a view of the gentle waves, and a buffet-style menu featuring the bounty of Rebun Island’s ocean and rich Hokkaido ingredients. Enjoy the seasonal bounty of the sea, including Rebun Island’s famous fatty hokke, Rishiri kelp and seaweed.

Shimawundan” is famous as the best sea urchin in Japan. Its freshness, rich sweetness, and melt-in-your-mouth texture make it a “jewel of the sea” nurtured by the sea of Rebun. Sea urchins are available in summer, and fatty hokke are available in spring and fall. You can also enjoy the bounty of the sea in each season, such as Rishiri kelp, the pride of the island, and seaweed directly from the fishermen.

From Kabuka Port Ferry Terminal to Rebun Kanko Hotel Sakuyoh takes about 2 minutes by car or 10 minutes on foot. Hotel shuttle service is available (reservation required).
