In our dining room, where comfortable moments unfold while gazing at gentle waves,
we offer buffet-style meals lavishly prepared with the bounty of Rebun Island’s seas and rich ingredients from Hokkaido.
Please enjoy the seasonal blessings of the sea, including Rebun Island’s specialty, fatty Atka mackerel (*hokke*), as well as the island’s pride, Rishiri Kombu, and
various seaweeds.

A Japanese-Western buffet lavishly incorporating the bounty of Hokkaido’s land.
Featuring blissful dishes centered around seafood like fresh crab, including the island’s specialty, “Hokke no Chanchan-yaki” (Atka mackerel grilled with miso and vegetables).
Along with your meal, enjoy complimentary free-flow drinks including local Hokkaido sake, wine, and regional beverages.
※Some dishes are excluded from the buffet.
